This was going to be easy...how difficult could it be to freeze a bucket of water in February...in Minnesota? The trick is stopping the freezing process so the opening is just big enough to get your hand inside.
Effort #1...cracked in two when I tried to open the top for the candle.
Effort #2... forgot about it, froze solid overnight
Effort #3...Voilà!
