I hope it's not too late to get on the novena bus! As usual, other things got in the way of my prayer life. Celebrating Ascension Thursday on Sunday, doesn't help matters.
The Acts of the Apostles is great reading...it would make a super novel. I wonder what's going to happen to Apollos? I could read ahead, but it's more interesting to see how the church laid it all out for us in the daily readings of the Mass.
The contrast of the windswept lake and the calm of a single tulip depicts, perfectly, the weather drama on the north shore of Lake Superior.
