ambrosia...where have you been all my life?

I'm as giddy as michael scott (fast forward to 3:20) when he informed Jim he had "recently taken a lover".

I was introduced to Ambrosia on Easter, a perfect day for new beginnings, and instantly became a fan! 

The coconut, the pineapple, the sour cream...all combined in yummy goodness make this, indeed...
